Day 329 (Start of week 48) - X2 Chest + Back + Balance & X2 Ab Ripper

One month to go until I hit one year.  The workout tonight was good, but challenging.  I enjoyed taking my time to try to get the most out of it.  It's hard to believe that a year ago I was more than 50 pounds heavier than I am now.  I weighed in this morning at 137.
