Day 182 - P.A.P Lower

Good workout, but it was made a bit more challenging because I have a very sore muscle in my back that is most likely from hitting so many golf balls lately.  I did some extra foam rolling in hopes of helping it out, but it's still pretty sore.  Here's hoping that some ibuprofen and a good night's rest does the trick.
