Today starts the second week of Phase 3.  The workout tonight seemed pretty good and I had less pain over the weekend, so it seems my body is adjusting to the new moves.  Today it was back to eating right:
- Breakfast - Protein bar
 
- Lunch - Caribbean Salad and half of bread from Cosi
 
- Dinner - Garden salad wrap with some left over beef in it
 
- Snacks  - Protein shake, pretzels, strawberry bar, wheat thins, carrots
 
Total calories = 1600
