Day 761 - X2 Ab Ripper & Chest + Back + Balance (2/2)

Okay, so day two of this week includes a workout.   That's two for two so far this week.  After my good start and terrible finish to last week I need to make a concerted effort to do a better job of keeping it going.  My plan is to do Plyocide tomorrow night.
