Day 697 - X2 Ab Ripper & Chect + Back + Balance (1/2)

I was off from work today because it's President's Day.  That allowed me to get an early start on the workout.  I started with Ab Ripper and then did the first half of Chest + Back + Balance.  I plan to finish up Chest + Back + Balance tomorrow.
