Day 485 - Double round of X2 Ab Ripper
Today
is supposed to be a rest day for me, but I wasn't able to get Ab
Ripper done on Monday after Chest + Back + Balance and tomorrow I plan
to go for a run during lunch, so doing Shoulders + Arms and then Ab
Ripper after doing a run during the day seems like a bit much. Sooooooo
I decided to do a double round of Ab Ripper tonight. I did one round,
took a break for about 20 minutes and then did it again. Wow, that
second round was not fun, but it got the job done. I'm feeling pretty happy about not skipping any workouts so far this week. I'm trying hard to stay fully committed.
