Day 94 - X2 Shoulders and Arm & X2 Ab Ripper

What's the rule?
"Don't smash your face!!!"
Those are 25 LBS weights, so dropping them by my ears requires a bit of control. By the time I'm done with this workout My arms feel like rock. Very enjoyable workout.
