My back is still sore, but I was able to get through the workout and it actually seems to have helped a bit with my back. I still play to take it a bit easy and avoid any more golf until I am fully recovered. Tomorrow is yoga which I am very much looking forward to. It should help a lot with my back. I'm a bit high on the calories so far today and I'm not sure how it crept up so much on me, but I need to take it a bit easy for the rest of the day.
